2. Preparing your 履歴書 and 職務経歴書
3. Providing your information to hiring companies (see section 4)

4. Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide your information to third parties except with your consent or where required by law. When you apply for a job, with your consent, the Company may provide your name, work history, certificates, etc. to the hiring company (including the 派遣先 / client workplace).

5. Storage

Data is stored on cloud services (such as Google Workspace), whose servers may be located outside Japan.

6. Security

Only the staff in charge can view your information. Photos of your 在留カード and documents are kept only in access-controlled storage and are never sent through public channels.

7. Retention period

Kept for [__] years from your application, or for as long as needed for the purposes above, and then deleted.

8. Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your information. Please contact us as shown in section 10.
